REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE / RETURN OF GOODS
- THE RETURN OF GOODS
1.1. The Buyer has the right to return quality goods purchased in the online store www.desmos.lt within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
1.2. Goods of improper quality are replaced or returned in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania in force at the time of purchase, according to which the Seller is responsible for defects of the item, which become evident within two years from the delivery of the item.
1.3. When ordering jewelry online, according to Article 6.22810 of the CC, the consumer’s right to withdraw from the product does not apply to: Contracts regarding goods made according to special consumer’s instructions, which are not pre-made and are made according to the consumer’s personal choice or instruction or regarding goods which clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
1.4. Pursuant to Article 6.356 of the CC, there is no possibility to withdraw from the product when ordering individual products and accepting the ordered product. If you withdraw from the product before delivery, the paid advance is not refunded.
- THE PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING GOODS
2.1. The Buyer shall inform the Seller about the withdrawal from the Purchase – Sale agreement via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org no later than within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery of the goods to the Buyer. It is necessary to fill in the REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE/RETURN OF GOODS.
2.2. The Buyer must fill in the return form directly https://desmos.lt/grazinimas/
2.3. The Seller within 2 business days informs the Buyer via e-mail about the next steps.
2.4. If the Buyer withdraws from the Purchase – Sale agreement within 14 calendar days, the additional costs (shipping) of the returned goods are paid and organized by the Buyer.
2.5. At the request of the Buyer, the Seller may create the necessary documents for transportation and pay the shipping costs of the returned goods, which would later be deducted from the total refund amount.
2.6. When the Buyer returns the goods due to defect or quality, the Seller creates the necessary documents to return the defective goods, and pays the shipping costs of the returned goods.
2.7. If the Seller, upon receipt of the goods, finds out that the goods are of good quality and cannot be recognized as defective, the shipping costs of the returned goods are deducted from the total refund amount.
2.8. If the Seller, upon receipt of the goods, finds out that the goods are of good quality and cannot be recognized as defective, and 14 calendar days’ term has passed, the goods are returned to the Buyer.
- RETURNED GOODS
3.1. The returned product(s) must be in original, clean, and undamaged packaging.
3.2. The product must be unused without losing its commercial appearance.
3.3. The returned product must be in the same configuration as it was received by the Buyer.
3.4. The returned goods must be properly prepared for transportation.
3.5. The above-mentioned points do not apply when the Buyer wants to return the product due to defect or quality.
4.1. The amount paid for the goods is refunded within 14 days from the date of return of the goods.
4.2. The money is returned to the Buyer’s personal bank account specified in the return form.
4.3. If the Buyer has not specified a personal bank account in the return form, the money will be returned to the same bank account from which the payment for the purchased goods was made.
4.4. The Seller has the right to deduct from the amount paid for the goods to the Buyer the costs incurred by the Seller for the delivery of the goods. Pursuant to the Paragraph 3 of Article 6.22811 of the CC, the Seller is not obligated to reimburse the consumer for the additional costs incurred as a result of the consumer clearly choosing another delivery method than the cheaper one offered by the Seller. If the Buyer has chosen not the cheapest delivery method when returning a quality product, shipping/transportation costs will be deducted from the refunded amount. If the product is found to be of poor quality, the additional costs will be paid by Des Mos.
4.5. If the product is found to be of poor quality, the additional costs will be paid by “Des Mos”.
